Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Ts & Cs") shall apply to all orders fulfilled by C7shop, c7shop.com and their owners (collectively known hereinafter as “C7Shop”). The extent of C7Shop’s liability under or in connection with these Ts & Cs (regardless of whether such liability arises in tort, contract or in any other way and whether or not caused by negligence or misrepresentation) shall be as set out hereinafter. C7Shop shall not be liable at all to the customer or any third party whatsoever. C7Shop shall not be liable to the customer, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or restitution, or for breach of statutory duty or misrepresentation, or otherwise, for any loss of: profit / goodwill / business / business opportunity / anticipated saving / data or information, or for any special, indirect or consequential damage or loss, suffered by the customer that arises under or in connection with these Ts & Cs. The parties each confirm that all exclusions and limitations of liability are fair and reasonable having regard to the rights and obligations of the parties under these Ts & Cs. The parties agree that these Ts & Cs and any orders entered into pursuant to them constitute the entire agreement between them and supersede all previous agreements, understandings and arrangements between them, whether in writing or oral in respect of their subject matter. These Ts & Cs and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England (in the United Kingdom) and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England (in the United Kingdom).
